Shipping Policy
At SOLRA, we want your red light therapy panel to arrive quickly, safely, and at no extra cost. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
Free Shipping Within the United States
All orders shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free standard shipping. No minimum order required. No promo codes needed. It's free — every time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at care@solra.com.
Delivery Issues
Package shows "Delivered" but not received: Please check around your delivery area, with neighbors, and in any secure locations where a carrier may have left the package. If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, contact us at care@solra.com and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. For packages marked as delivered, we will reship the order one time at no additional cost.
Damaged package upon arrival: If your package arrives with visible damage, please take photos of both the outer packaging and the product, and email them to care@solra.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will reship the order, but the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
International Shipping
SOLRA currently ships within the United States only. We are working to expand our shipping to Canada and other international destinations in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.
