Not satisfied with your SOLRA panel? No problem.
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund - no questions asked.
To start a return:
- Email us at care@solra.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all included accessories (panel, power adapter, cable, floor stand, hanging kit, and user manual).
- Ship the package back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition - not damaged through misuse.
- All original accessories and packaging must be included.
- Returns received after 60 days from delivery will not be accepted.
- Refunds do not include original shipping costs (if any were paid, e.g., expedited shipping).
Defective on arrival? If your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund immediately - just email us with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Every SOLRA product is backed by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of your original purchase.

What's Covered
During the 2-year warranty period, we will repair or replace (at our discretion) any SOLRA product that fails due to:
- Defects in manufacturing or materials
- LED failure or malfunction under normal use
- Electrical component failure under normal operating conditions
- Issues with the power adapter or control system that arise from normal use
If a replacement is provided, the replacement unit will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by:
- Accidental damage, drops, or physical impact
- Misuse, abuse, or failure to follow product instructions
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly
- Exposure to water, extreme heat, or other environmental conditions outside normal indoor use
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the function of the product (scratches, scuffs)
- Normal wear and tear
- Use with non-SOLRA accessories or power adapters
- Electrical surges or power fluctuations beyond the product's rated voltage (110-240V AC)
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email us at care@solra.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim - [Your Order Number]."
- Include a brief description of the issue and, if possible, photos or a short video showing the problem.
- Our support team will respond within 1 business day to troubleshoot the issue.
- If we determine the product is defective under warranty, we will provide one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: We ship a new unit to you at no cost. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective unit.
- Repair: If the issue can be resolved with a replacement component (e.g., a new power adapter), we'll ship the part to you free of charge.
- Refund: If a replacement or repair is not possible, we'll issue a full refund.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to register my product to activate the warranty? No. Your warranty is automatically active from the date of purchase. Keep your order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
Can I return a product that's been used? Yes. You can return your SOLRA panel within 60 days even if you've used it. We want you to actually try it before deciding. The product just needs to be in good working condition with all original accessories.
What if my product breaks after the 2-year warranty period? Contact us anyway. While we can't guarantee coverage beyond the warranty period, we'll do our best to help - whether that means discounted replacement parts, troubleshooting guidance, or a discount on a new unit.
Who pays for return shipping? For change-of-mind returns within 60 days, the customer pays return shipping. For defective or damaged products (under warranty or DOA), SOLRA covers all shipping costs.
How long does a warranty replacement take? Once your claim is approved, replacement products are typically shipped within 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days within the contiguous US.
Is the warranty transferable? The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
