Not satisfied with your SOLRA panel? No problem.
You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a full refund - no questions asked.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at care@solra.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return shipping address.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging with all included accessories (panel, power adapter, cable, floor stand, hanging kit, and user manual).
- Ship the package back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.
Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition - not damaged through misuse.
- All original accessories and packaging must be included.
- Returns received after 60 days from delivery will not be accepted.
- Refunds do not include original shipping costs (if any were paid, e.g., expedited shipping).
Defective or Damaged on Arrival?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund immediately - just email us with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. To get a different configuration, return your current order for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
